Reza Khanjan has experience in defending clients facing misdemeanors, as well as serious felony charges. He recognizes that each client is different. Rodney Nosratabadi Bio

As an experienced criminal defense attorney, I have been involved in all aspects of Criminal Defense, Juvenile Criminal Defense, and Juvenile Dependency Defense. I have litigated both State and Federal Criminal Matters. In 2002, I clerked with the California Superior Court, Central District of Orange County and drafted advisory opinions for the judiciary. In 2003, I served on the Child Abuse and Neglect Task Force. I am licensed to practice law in the California, Washington, and Oregon. I approach every case with the presumption that you are innocent. My mission is to familiarize you with the justice system. At the initial consultation, I will inform about the offenses with which you have been charged, your exposure and the possible consequences and outcome of your case.
